New Release | Retrospective
I’m sort of totally in love with this kit. I’ve been wanting to create another photography kit for a while – something in fresh, bright colors. Something to break through the “gray day blahs” that I can’t seem to shake this time of year.
I’m thrilled to report that Retrospective is available in my store, but keep reading because:
- You can get a coordinating set of 3×4 journaling cards for free.
- You can save 20% on your entire, storewide One Little Bird purchase.
- You can find out ridiculous things you never wanted to know about me.
Free With Purchase
Through 3/11/2012 you can pick up the Retrospective 3×4 Journaling Cards for FREE with the purchase of the full kit. These are sized to fit Project Life 3×4 pockets and the downloadable file includes printable 8.5×11″ sheets as well as the individual cards in PNG files for your digital layouts.
REMINDER: Add both items to your cart and then the journaling cards will zero out.
Save 20% On Your Entire Order
Today is the big reveal of the exclusive kit that I created for the March edition of The Digi Files at TheDailyDigi.com. This is my second go-round with The Digi Files, my first being just a few months after I first opened shop, so it has been a while! The kit that I created for them revolves around my one true memory keeping love: Storytelling.
Make sure you pop over there and check it out. I’m QUITE in love with it, as well.
To celebrate my feature over at The Daily Digi I’m offering readers 20% off one entire purchase, throughout my store, using the coupon available at The Daily Digi and here (below). This offer expires 3/24/2012 and excludes collaborative projects. You can use it to purchase Retrospective (above) and any other One Little Bird products that have been calling out to you from your wishlist, and save a bit of dough on all of it.
Subscribers to my newsletter, The Cage Liner, can also find this savings code in the latest issue. Not yet a subscriber? Subscribe now.
Layout By Me
JOURNALING | I still totally love this, I think I always will. The sight of you curled up fast asleep, a tiny little person in a sea of bed and blankets even at 10 years old. I love the daily surprise of seeing what interesting position I’m going to find you in – you’re rarely where I’d expect you to be. This never gets old, despite the fact that you insist on getting old, yourself. I treasure these quiet moments where you’re predictably unpredictable, just as you have been since you were a baby. I’m in awe of your ability to fearlessly cover so much square footage while you sleep. I love the way you slowly blink yourself awake, a mischievous smile creeping across your face once you realize I’m standing there wondering how you managed to wind up upside-down or completely sideways in bed again. The silent question between us is always answered with a casual little shrug on your part, and I can’t help but laugh to myself as I turn away and wait for you to prepare for the day. This is one of the many reasons that I haven’t insisted that you start using an alarm clock. This is a moment that I’m still not ready to let go of.
