Spring on my mind …

Our forecast is littered with sub-zero temperatures as far as the eye can see, and whenever I say to Tom “It’s going to warm up, right? When is it going to warm up?” he stares at me as though I’ve sprouted a second head.  So I have no choice but to live vicariously through the Internet.

Most of the time I find myself wondering, who are these people, and are they looking for a new project? Because I’d like to live in their world for a while. I love my house, or at least I love parts of it and plan on loving other parts of it once we completely gut them and rebuild them, but I’m pretty sure there’s no way to wake up in this house and not smile:
